If you are adventurous, next time you visit Bali, try the local TUAK, which is made from Palm trees. TUAK is the fermentation process before it becomes ARAK. It is milky, light, sweet and almost like a punch with a little fizz to it. Tuak is a common drink that is passed around at all the ceremonies. If you are lucky, you might even get to share a glass with a new friend ! And if you like it, you say, 'Anak', meaning 'Delicious!'
