Turkish Cheesy Filo Pastry/Rolls ✨

4 sheets of filo dough

For the filling;

4-5 sprigs of parsley
2 scallions
2 cups of feta cheese (or any kind of cheese you like)
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp red bell pepper flakes or chili flakes

For the spread;

4-5 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 or 3/4 cup of vegetable oil (less or more until the consistency of a runny batter)
Salt to taste (if your cheese is salty then omit it)
1 tbsp apple or grape vinegar

To brush with; 1 egg yolk
To sprinkle over; Blue poppy seeds or black seeds

Bake at 190°C/370°F until golden brown👩🏻‍🍳
