2010 Mazda 3 BL Clicking noise in dash air door actuator 604-811 fix

If you Mazda 2, 3 or 6 does that annoying ticking when you turn on your automatic AC or you air re-circulation, then its probably the motor that activates the fresh air/re-circulation air flap.
The silver part visible on the motor housing is a M4 bolt I have used to replace the plastic rod that gets bend inside the motor housing.
