Bizolon took the plunge by developing 2 custom couvertures with Valrhona. They created a dark chocolate with a signature taste and a milk chocolate with cereal aromas and very little sweetness.
Valrhona supports you throughout the creation process, helping you define the aromatic profile, percentage and origin. Then Ecole Valrhona welcomes you so you can test several couvertures and choose the final one.
