Miss Penny and the KidVision Kids go to Exquisito Chocolates to find out how chocolate is made. They observe and examine cacao trees, fruit pods and beans. They sort through a tray of cacao beans looking for the best to roast. They husk the beans to reveal the cacao nibs. Then use the nibs with other ingredients to make white, milk and dark chocolate.
