In 2020 in the height of the pandemic no hunters were going into South Africa, that meant the typical meat that was given to local communities stopped. Knowing that communities like this one, the town of Pearston in the Eastern Cape of South Africa were dependent on that meat, we wanted to, no we needed to do something. The Sun Project was born and through the generosity of donors we were able to feed not only the community but very specifically a state run hostel for kids. This film captures the consequence of that project. This film captures the consequence of hunting. A consequence that is often forgotten about, and that's feeding people.
