How to prepare caramel with Cucimix?
The multifuntional industrial cooker is capable of managing all the phases of the caramelisation process thanks to:
- a probe in the bottom of the tank, situated only 2mm away of distance from the product;
- a second probe in contact with the product;
- a electronic board FTC (Firex Touch Control);
- a mixer completely programable that reduces fatigue and makes the process safer.
With Cucimix is possible to realize the caramel dry or with water, all basic caramel fillings, caramelised nuts and fudge to mention but a few.
