What I love about the "22" Pro Charcoal Kettle Grill is the cast iron grates, they hold the temperature really well and when you need to get a nice sear, the cast iron grates deliver. The other feature is the adjustable height on the grate, you can put it up high for a low and slow cook, combined with its stainless steel heat diffuser.

I made one delicious surf and turf burrito, I got a great char on the flap steak and the lobster tails. The salsa was roasted to perfection. Who’s in for one of these?
