The following can be done if a microcatheter does not cross after collateral crossing with a guidewire:

A. Deliver Microcatheter:
1. Rotation
2. Increase support
3 Different microcatheter
4. Short microcatheter
5. New microcatheter
6. Dilate collateral (NEVER dilate an epicardial collateral)
7. Antegrade anchoring
8. Exchange for stiffer wire

B. Other options:
1. Retrograde true lumen crossing
2. Just marker for antegrade crossing
3. Use another collateral
