New city start in Cities Skylines, In this video I will be connecting the first neighborhood with a plazas dlc residential area which flows into a plaza commercial area. This is the first stretch of a large rectangular promenade that covers most of the downtown area. I am thinking about putting a buss line or tram like around the outside edge. S03E02
