HotS Valeera Rework came down at the end of 2017 with the HotS stealth rework. The HotS Stealth changes were not received very well overall and seemed mostly benefit Nova! The HotS Stealth update made Valeera's silence pretty intense though @2.75 sec.

So Valeera was a cancer to play against with almost 3 second silence which lead to Valeera Nerf. After her nerf her win rates TANKED all the way to the gutter bottom. Then came Valeera buff or balance as we hear :). So why does Valeera suck right now with only a 40% win rate? She is Episode #5 in The LongsHOTS!

This Valeera Build is my own. HOTSLOGS didn't have a build online when I looked so I practiced about 5 matches and landed on this build. Let me know what you think! Is this truly a Valeera nerf or are people just not playing her right? (including me lol)

I can't call this a Valeera Heroes of the storm guide, but I do provide details of all of HotS Valeera abilities and the talents for my HotS Valeera talent build.

Developer Comment: We’re reducing the duration of Garrote’s Silence slightly so that all openers feel viable, and reducing the damage of Hemorrhage so that Valeera doesn’t have as much damage while also being able to shut down her target.
