After watching “Cowspiracy”, Steven Salm was left disgusted. He knew he had to make a change.

So, he began analyzing his supply chain, and where he was sourcing the food for his restaurant. In no world should fish be eating rendered horse meat. It just doesn’t make sense.

Fast forward, and not only has he gone completely vegan, but all of his restaurants only serve plant-based meals.

Cowspiracy on Netflix completely changed his business and his life.
