Today we're going to go over how to build a basic day hike first aid kit! You always want to make sure you have the right first aid gear when you're out hiking. We've done a few first aid kits, but this is a simple one you can throw in your bag!

Nitrile Gloves
Antiseptic wipes
Band-Aids of various sizes
Gauze pads
Triangle bandage
Surgical tape or self adherent wrap
Steri strips
Tweezers
Moleskin for blister relief
Scissors
First Aid ointments
Hydrocortisone ointment
Tylenol/Ibuprofen
Aspirin
Benadryl
Tums
Imodium
Garbage baggie
