US President-elect Joseph Biden has always been a strong supporter of India and India-US partnership since his days in Senate and later as a vice-president. On his maiden visit to Mumbai in 2013, he himself had declared that he might have relatives in India, this was the time when Vice President-elect Kamala Harris's Tamil Nadu's connection did not make it to headlines yet.
