The Smeg EGF03 allows you to select the temperature of coffee produced, from low, medium, optimum and high.

The coffee machine is set by default to optimum temperature, but this can be adjusted using the instructions shown in the video.

As coffee is not produced at boiling temperature, it is recommended to warm the cups before making drinks. Either use the hot water function located on the steam lever, or sit the cups upside down on the passive cup warmer located on the top of the machine.
