Trying to conceive can be full of ups and downs. In this guided fertility meditation, you will be supported during any stress or expectations that may be coming up for you during ovulation.

If you are here, you may be looking to reduce the effects of stress and expectations during ovulation by taking the time to breathe and relax and to being present. You allow yourself to welcome a sense of inner peace, return to your harmony, and to restore natural balance to your body, setting you up to feel stable and calm in this stage of your journey.
Beginning here by finding a natural and relaxed posture, possibly sitting with an elongated spine. Heart pushed forward. Your chin slightly elevated. Or sitting with your legs crossed or extended out in front of you, whatever brings you most comfort as you create a safe and nourishing space where you can take time for you.
And once you're settled, Allow your eyes to close and your body to soften,
beginning to feel your body in the simplest way possible. Deepening your inhales and exhales focusing on. Wherever feels peaceful and relaxed, allowing yourself to get in touch with the soft and quiet relaxation that already exists, that is already present,
and as you continue breathing. Feeling as your breath begins to melt away Any lingering tension?
Bringing your hands over the heart center now. Resting gently here, and with your breath calling in compassion. Allow yourself to invite it in the way you would a friend into your home,
filling your hands over your heart center. As you now inhale, limitless, boundless, and unconditional love.
Continue to focus on your breathing. Allow yourself to begin to appreciate exactly what is here in this moment,
feeling a sense of ease and calm, overcome you. As you rest deeper into this state of relaxation, as you rest deeper into this state of not having to do anything.
Ovulation is the time when you can become pregnant. Your ovary will release a mature egg that travels towards the uterus to be fertilized, sensing more energy and excitement in the body. There is also a chance you may feel tenderness. Extending gentleness to these areas.
This is an opportunity to set aside preconceived notions, releasing obstacles here, directing your focus on your body, releasing an egg, and preparing a home. For your future baby.
Now feeling your heart opening and softening, sensing spaciousness within the body,
allowing your body to return to its natural state. Rebalancing effortlessly.
Visualize yourself easily becoming pregnant,
breathing in white light, and as you exhale, purifying and letting go of unwanted emotions or thoughts.
And releasing and exhale.
Your exhale becoming brighter. The breaths long, slow, and deep,
purifying the body as you completely relax.
Gently coming back to your breath, filling your womb with love
opening to receive life love. And Grace grounded in your meditation here,
effortlessly and naturally connected to the life giving force within you, sinking deeper into your own complete acceptance of yourself as you are. In this moment,
slowly bringing your awareness back into this space, back into your body. And back into the natural rhythm of your breath.
