CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A man, who police say raped a developmentally disabled teenager, appeared in court Monday.Lancaster Etse, 25, allegedly raped the the 13-year-old over the weekend in Sycamore Township. Investigators say it happened when Etse went to a friend's house after a party to stay the night.According to court papers, Etse admitted the crime to police. Etse is locked up on a 00,000 bond.
