The USA Western Territory is hosting the 2017 International Conference of Leaders (ICL) Nov. 4–11 in Southern California. On Sunday, a public welcome was held at Los Angeles Central Corps. Over 1,000 Salvationists, officers, cadets and friends gathered to welcome the ICL delegates. This conference brings together 126 territorial and command leaders from all 59 territories and commands of The Salvation Army around the world. Held every three to five years, the International Conference of Leaders provides a cross-cultural forum for the General to meet with leadership to discuss matters of importance to The Salvation Army.
