Fight 189 in the Fatal Sorcerer's Tower (first run of FST) using FX Challenge/Faction War Gold Cards.
Beat this on my third try. What an annoying fight.
Frostbite/freeze them and snare if you can so they'll stay put while you do your special moves.
Injustice 2 Raiden is the star if you have him.
If you have diamond cards, Weather Warfare combined with FX Kuai Liang Bracers will freeze them on basic attacks and have a chance to apply frostbite.
If you do not have diamond cards, FX Kuai Liang Bracers will freeze them on basic attacks so just be ready to stop attacking so you can execute your special move.
