Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski was in Washington, along with Polish President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Donald Tusk, to meet with President Joe Biden and congressional leaders. Mr. Sikorski sat down with reporters Tuesday at a Monitor Breakfast.
