Aucuba Varieties are wonderful foliage plants for shade, they include the popular Gold Dust Plant, (Aucuba japonica) which is sometimes called the Spotted Laurel. Other varieties such as Rozannie, Picturata and Sulphurea marginata are also looked at. Aucuba chinensis with it great foliage, and Aucuba japonica Honshu are included.
