Woodbury Common Premium Outlets has the largest collection of designer outlets in the world, located in Central Valley, New York and only a 1 hour direct bus ride from Manhattan costing around $30 return. The major shopping mecca is owned by Premium Outlets, a subsidiary of Simon Property Group, and takes its name from the town in which it is located.
