You can get the right to build on agricultural land but you have to do certain things to get that right...? It is not just a matter of putting in a planning application for a home because you have some agricultural land.

So I will tell you what homes you might get the chance to build on agricultural land and it's a BIG BUT..?

There are ways to build on agricultural land but just build a home on a couple of acres of farmland well let's just say I've got more chance of going to the moon and building a home there. That's how hard the planning laws are here in the UK.
