I'm moving to Reloder 16 powder since I can't find H4350 any longer and it looks like it will be quite a while before H4350 comes available according to an email I received from Hodgdon.
I began with one ladder test but thought about increasing the charge so did a second test as well.
To address some details that are hard to find in the video:
Brass: Alpha 6.5 Creedmoor small primer pocket
Bullet: Hornady 140 ELD-M
Primers: CCI 450 (this is fired brass)
Powder: Reloder 16
Seating: 35 Thousands off the lands (ELD-M's like to 'jump')
