Some of the must-see sites we found while visiting Saranda, ALBANIA in 2022 were Ksamil, and Butrint National Park. Both these places were an unexpected surprise that we didn't expect to love as much as we did. Join us as we explore Butrint national park, a UNESCO World Heritage site located just south of Saranda, Albania. We venture around the ancient city on an unguided tour exploring the Roman Ruins, Castles, Churches, and a museum with artifacts dating back thousands of years. We then travel by bus to the beautiful beach town of Ksamil. This is a top beach destination in Albania with crystal clear blue water and white sand beaches, a must-see in the summer months when on vacation. We absolutely loved both these destinations and would say they are both must-see day trips when you visit Saranda, Albania!
