Gallatin City Council approves final reading of stormwater utility ordinance

The Gallatin City Council voted Tuesday to approve the second reading of an ordinance to amend the municipal code to establish a utility for stormwater management. That means Gallatin residents can expect to see a stormwater utility fee on their utility bills come January.
