Nargisi Kabab:
Ingredient
Beef Mince 500 gm
Bengal gram 1 cup washed
Onion 1 cup chopped
Green chilies 6 chopped
Potato 1 large cut into 4 pcs
Allspice 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili finely chopped 1
Chopped coriander / mint as required
Salt 1 tsp
Water ½ glass
Other ingredients
Boiled eggs 3 cut into wedges
Raw egg 1 – 2 beaten
Bread crumbs as required
Method
Grease your hands, stuff a boiled egg wedge between the prepared grinded mince and shape into a cylinder, coat with bread crumbs, dip in egg, deep fry till golden, serve hot with ketchup.
Method
Pressure cook all the above ingredients for 15 mins, if any excess water is remaining cook on high till dry, cool and grind finely, mix in lots of coriander and mint.
Chicken Mirch Masala:
Ingredients
Chicken tikka boti ½ packet
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander leaves handful
Green chilies 4
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Curry leaves handful
Allspice powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 mins, cook till done, blend together coriander, green chilies, black and white pepper, yogurt, cumin, fennel seeds, crushed coriander and kasuri methi into a fine paste, heat some oil in a wok, add a few curry leaves and the blended paste, fry for 5 mins, add the boiled chicken, cook well for 5 mins, lastly add allspice, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, serve hot with paratha
Coconut Delight:
Ingredients
White chocolate 400 gm chopped
Tetra pack cream 1 packet
Condensed milk ½ tin
Whipped cream 3 cups
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Sliced almonds ½ cup
Coconut milk powder mix in water 4 tbsp
Readymade pound cake 1 pound
Method
Scald cream in a sauce pan, add in chopped white chocolate, mix till chocolate melt, add condensed milk, fold in 2 cups cream, mix, add vanilla essence and coconut and almonds. In another bowl mix coconut milk powder with 1 cup of water, take a big serving dish, spread with a layer of sliced pound cake, drizzle it generously with coconut milk, garnish with some sliced almonds, desiccated coconut and chopped pcs of raffaello chocolate, chill for 4 hours, serve chilled.
