On 23rd March 2018, We visited Takayama in Gifu prefecture which is a city known for its historical wooden buildings and stone cobbled streets that feels like it just transported you back in time to how Japan would would look in the olden times but with modern comforts, food and shopping. It's one of our favourite places out of all the places we visited.
This video is Part 1 of our trip mainly showing Day One of our time at Takayama which is the train ride from Tokyo to Takayama, the delicious Hida A5 Wagyu Yakiniku that we had for lunch and also the Hida A5 Wagyu Ramen we had for dinner.
