Do you, or someone you know, leave the toilet seat up? Because did you know that when you flush the toilets a bacterial mist of aerosol fecal waste is created? Studies have shown that this mist can travel several feet every time you flush.
This means that any toothbrushes, towels and surfaces in the vicinity are literally being blanketed by bacteria every time you flush. You are likely receiving a blow of gaseous fecal bacteria to your face if you're sitting on the toilet when flushing.
So be sure to close that lid before you flush after you're done taking care of business - is the toilet seat up or down in your house?
