I received this washer in exchange for my honest review.
There are several very cool features. I especially like how you can use the included scrub brush and jet of water for pretreating, hand washing, or rinsing.
The touch buttons are easy to use even if you have trouble with your hands and controls are very intuitive and offer many options for customization. Using the Whirlpool app allows you to save favorite settings, and even without the app it remembers the last settings you chose.
The glass top and chrome strip get smudged easily but do clean easily. I would have preferred a solid top in the chrome shadow finish.
The tub is very deep, which is great for big loads like a comforter and you can remove the agitator to fit even bigger items. However, for me it's too deep. I'm 5'4" and can barely reach the bottom on tiptoes leaning way into the washer. So if you're short, this may not be the washer for you, try it out in a showroom if you can. My wife is 6' and has no trouble with this at all.
