Grilled Picanha with Farofa for taste testing 🥩 🌿🔥

I have been told for a while now that I need to try farofa with my grilled picanha. So today, I set out to try and make farofa at home with this wagyu picanha. What is farofa? Farofa is toasted cassava flour that is generally found served with grilled meats. I have to say, it is impossible to find coarsely ground cassava here in Nashville, so I have to improvise. But in the end, I think this turned out pretty good. I will definitely be trying out making farofa again in another recipe. What is your family recipe for far-off??? 🍻 👍
