In this video, Jen Hilman demonstrates Thai Massage techniques and discusses the benefits of Thai massage, or lazy man's yoga, such as improved circulation, increased flexibility of the joints (which is great for athletes!) and a stronger immune system. Meditation is another important part of Thai Massage. She also talks about the differences between Thai Massage and table or Swedish massage. Jen is a massage therapist and yoga instructor in Austin, Texas.
