MY AUSTRALIAN FRIENDS SHANNON AND EMMA ARE BACK!

And we are going to CAMIGUIN, a paradise island born of fire (it has 7 volcanoes!) and my 72nd province!

From Buda in Davao and via Bukidnon, I drive to Cagayan de Oro, where Emma, Shannon and Dave will be landing that evening! And what an arrival it was!

Then, we of course had to surprise Boding. That is just an essential thing to do in CDO. It should appear on Tripadvisor. And so we all went to Joey's house and ate an excellent beef soup!

Waking up in my rooftop tent (it came in very handy!) it's time for the real adventure.

A two hour drive to Balingoan port then a one hour hop to Camiguin Island - it seems very simple, right? But then we were driving the ferry!

First stop in Camiguin is pizza (of course?) and the next day a short tour over the island's volcanic core!

Adventure. What's next?
