It features five recipes: tomato pappu with moong, aratikaya menthikoora vepudu, tomato pudina pachadi, sorakaya majjiga pulusu, rice, and vadiyalu. This vegetarian thali is also perfect for bachelors, beginners, stay-at-home mothers, and those who need to rush to work in the morning. This delicious vegetarian thali can be quickly and easily prepared at home using the ingredients listed below. I have included some pointers to ensure that your thali turns out perfectly. For Tomato Pappu:
3 Ripe Tomato cubes
1/2 cup Soaked Moong dal
2-3 Green Chilies
1.5 cups Water
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tbsp Chan dal
1/2 tbsp Urad dal
2 Dry Chilies
1/2 tsp Cumin and splutter
2 pinches Hing
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 cup Tamarind Water(extracted from Gooseberry size Tamarind)
Coriander choppings
For Aratikaya Menthikoora Fry:
Water for boiling
2 Plantain Cubes
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Cumin
2 Dry Chilies
1 pinch Hing
1/2 tbsp Ginger gratings
3 Green Chili choppings
1 cup Fenugreek choppings
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder(optional)
Sorakaya Majjigapulusu:
3/4 cup small Bottle Gourd Cubes
Salt
3 Green Chilies
1 inch Ginger
1.5 cups Curd
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
2 Dry Chilies
1 tsp Chana dal
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 pinches Hing
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
2 pinches Turmeric
Coriander choppings
For Tomato Pudina Chutney:
2 tbsp Peanuts
2 tbsp Oil
5-6 Green Chilies
4 Ripe Tomato cubes
Little tamarind, Salt
