Vegetable Dalia :
Wheat Dalia - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
Add water and wash it
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Cook it for 2 mins
Add curry leaves
Carrot
French beans
Green peas
Tomato
Cook it for 4-5 mins
Add Dalia and dal
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Mix it well
Water- 3 cups
Salt to taste
Close the lid
Boil it for 5 whistles
Turn off the flame
Let it cool down
Open it
Stir it
Serve with curd
Garnish with ghee
