Cape Town, October 11 -- A young couple has abandoned their bail application in the case in which they're accused of murdering the woman's mother. Thirty nine-year-old Clovelly performance artist Rosemary Theron's body was found near Strandfontein in Cape Town last week.
A third accused, who confessed to his part in the crime, is out on bail.
