Have you ever wondered what all the nose was coming from the repair room while you were in the store? Lets take a sneak peak behind the scenes - Mike and Eric use a "Gravemeister," tool that closely resembles a very mini jack hammer to tighten and set diamonds that are channel set into mountings. The diamonds are placed into the mounting and this tool is used to pound the metal down on top of the diamonds to secure the stones or ran over the metal to tighten loose stones.
