A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder after two people were killed during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

President Donald Trump said he will be sending federal troops to the city to quell the unrest that has followed the shooting of another black man, Jacob Blake, by police.

Blake's father told Sky News the President was responsible for "feeding the flames of hatred".
