Mullet is quite a strong tasting fish. Here we have removed the bones and flavoured it with Sumac ,a colourful tangy sour spice which originated in the middle east. Sumac pairs perfectly with Mullet. We hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
Mullet Fillets, which have been scaled and deboned
salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
a good sprinkling of Sumac for both sides each fillet.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to shallow fry.
