Patna, July 25 (ANI): RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Saturday hit back at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that PM Modi cheated the nation by making false promises. Earlier, PM Modi took a dig at RJD Chief for stalling railway projects during his tenure as the Union minister. Lalu was the Railway Minister in the Congress-led UPA government from 2004-2009.
