The Rio Grande Valley Reef is a 1,600 acre artificial reef out of South Padre Island. With several different ongoing deployments at the site, this video documents the July 2017 deployment of cinder blocks as part of this "Life Cycle" reef. CCA Texas is a proud partner of this project, along with Building Conservation Trust, Friends of RGV Reef and many others.
