"You're the Inspiration," written by Peter Cetera and David Foster for the legendary band, Chicago.

As an aspiring teenage trumpeter in the 80’s who loved many different genres of music, it will come as no big surprise that I was enamored with the popular (and prolific) band Chicago. They have a HORN section — an ultra COOL horn section! So RAD (lol)! Was it really possible to make a living having that much fun?!? Apparently so, as Chicago has produced 37 albums since their debut in 1969, the latest released just last year…50 YEARS LATER! We got to see them in concert at the Forum in LA not long ago, and the horn section is still the same 3 guys, having a blast, elevating the perception of horn players everywhere — from geeks to glory! (THANK YOU!!!)
