I thought it was about time i actually put some effort into learning a few basic MTB skills that can be performed anywhere but Of course transfer onto the trails!
I don't have a lot of time to play around on my bike apart from once a week on the trails so I thought to myself, what about dedicating just 10 minutes a day to a skill and seeing if i can improve.
So that's what i did.
First skill i want to improve is my track stands,
can i improve with just 70 minutes practice????
