500 gms mutton cut into small pieces (preferably boneless)
4/5 tbsp oil
2 onions finely sliced/large onion one fried & paste
2 tsp of raw papaya paste
2 tsp of fresh cream
1/2 tsp of khoya kheer/ mawa
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chili powder &kashmiri red chilli
powder 1 tsp each
2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
2 -3 cardamom
2 -3 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tomatoes whole
jalapeno/ 2 green chili cut
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp ghee
few fried cashewnuts
