The Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, is scheduled for its inauguration on January 24th, as confirmed by Nripendra Mishra, the head of the temple construction committee. Following the 2019 Supreme Court judgment that resolved long-standing legal disputes, the temple's construction is overseen by the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which will also manage the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Modi presided over the ceremony in August 2020 and is anticipated to officially open the temple during a consecration ceremony known as 'Pran Pratishtha.' The construction of the Ram Mandir holds great significance as it is believed to mark the birthplace of Lord Ram, an incarnation of the Hindu God Vishnu. It was also one of the poll promises made by the BJP.
