We've heard the phrase a million times "you get what you pay for" and that could not be more true when it comes to golf cart shopping.
99/100 times, the dealer that does not provide as good of a product or service is going to be the dealer that sells you the golf cart the cheapest.
Why?
Because they need your money! And they need your money because they don't sell many carts because they don't have a good online reputation, or they have a bad word of mouth reputation, or they're so bad that it's clearly obvious as soon as you walk into their showroom.
Now I'm not saying a great dealer wont' be able to price match another dealer that's lowballing them. My point is that you can't scroll through a dealer's inventory or look at sticker prices and make the decision "Dealer ABCs cart's are cheaper than dealer XYZs so I'm buying from them" because that's not the most important factor. Even if you said "price is the most important", well you might find yourself spending even more money if you buy the cheapest golf cart from a bad dealer and then figure out that the cart is riddled with issues and after you fix those issue, you just spent more than you would have with the good dealer.
You need to consider many other variables like, have you heard good or bad things about this dealer through word of mouth? What do their online reviews look like? When you call do they answer? Do they sound knowledgeable? Do they sound like they care? Do they do good work? Does your gut tell you that this dealer will be there for you after the sale or no?
If you pay close attention to those other factors, you will purchase a great golf cart from a great dealer!
