Sourdough Discard Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients:
8oz water
100g sourdough discard
300- 360g all-purpose flour
1 packet of yeast
10g salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Place warm water, yeast, and sugar into the bowl of your kitchen aid mixer with the dough hook attachment attached. Mix gently then let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add sourdough discard, olive oil, flour, and salt. Start mixing dough on low. Once a ball starts to form knead the dough for 4-5 minutes.
3. Once it’s done kneading form dough into a ball and place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise for 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
4. From here you can make one big pizza or multiple pizzas. Top pizza with your favorite toppings.
5. Cook pizza on 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until is cooked through.
