This episode of the Greg and Chris show features SingleJet™, an inkjet heat transfer paper that requires NO-PRE-TREATMENT. It offers high-quality, digital transfer printing capability with dye and pigment-based inkjet printers. Easily transfer images to white and light color garments and other apparel that are 100% cotton and 50/50 blends.
TO PRINT DESIGN:
1. Use Plain Paper mode in Epson, HP and Brother printers.
2. Print in a Mirror Image, so it will be right reading once heat pressed.
TO HEAT PRESS:
1. Set heat press to 350 degrees F.
2. Trim around design. Cut line will fade out after washing (great washability/durability with this paper).
3. Pre-press shirt for 10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
4. Center design on shirt and heat press at 350 degrees F for 16 seconds using MEDIUM pressure.
5. Immediately and carefully HOT PEEL by starting at a corner and rolling back paper in one smooth motion.
6. To doubly ensure that design is embedded into shirt fibers, repress shirt. Place shirt on heat press bed. Place parchment paper on top and repress for 10 seconds.
Transfer Paper and Equipment
1. SingleJet™: Use it on white and light color apparel that is 100% cotton or 50/50 blend. You can also use this paper to transfer custom designs onto puzzle blanks, light color mouse pads, coasters and other types of light color surfaces. Find SingleJet™ at: [ Ссылка ]
We also recommend that you test, so we offer a 5 Pack available for testing purposes at: [ Ссылка ]
2. Heat Press: We recommend the DK 20S Digital Swinger, 16 x 20 and the Swingman 20 with all digital time, temp and pressure gauges. Find them here: [ Ссылка ]
