If your ex won’t respond to you, there are several things that could be going on.
First of all, you may be texting your ex in the wrong way. Maybe the things that you are sending to your ex are not inspiring them to respond to you.
Often times this may look like sending your ex a message that comes across as over invested. Maybe pouring your heart out to your ex, telling your ex that you desperately love them or something like that.
If you’ve watched our other videos, this isn’t a good idea.
You may even be sending the Wall of Text message, which can often cause your ex to not want to respond or read your message at all.
Mistakes like this can easily be overcome by changing the way that you text your ex so that your ex is more likely to respond to you.
The second reason why your ex may be reluctant to respond to you is because they are not emotionally ready to do so.
Maybe you need to apologize to them for something you did that they are still feeling hurt about. If you do this, then they might suddenly be more open to talking to you and replying to you.
Other than that, your ex may just not be emotionally ready to respond to you, despite you apologizing for whatever may be causing them to hold onto that pain.
In cases like this, the best thing to do is to wait a little bit so that your ex has some time to get through their emotional resistance on their own.
Either way, the best way to text your ex is to do so in a way that comes across as casual and open minded. This allows you to sense where your ex is at on an emotional level and adjust your texting strategy from there so that you can meet them where they are at emotionally and guide them toward stronger emotional interactions.
