Every year, the RSM Design team gathers at the San Clemente studio to be together as a company, gain more insight on our industry, and inspire one another for the upcoming year. For our 2023 workshop, we wanted to do something different. We hopped on a bus and took a field trip to a few of our projects! As a team, we visited the Great Park Neighborhoods, Rodeo 39, Hollywood Park, RUNWAY Playa Vista, and Ovation Hollywood. We took tons of photos together, observed our work over time, and had meals at these projects.

The additional days, we heard from speakers on gaining awareness of the world around us. We visited our neighbors at the Ocean Institute and split into teams to develop ways to improve the existing site and preserve the wonder and imagination the Ocean Institute brings.
